Yes. Every fingertip on the Pace Gloves has a conductive pad so you can use your phone, tablet, or touchscreen wheel rim controls without taking them off.

Will Pace Shoes give me better pedal feel than regular sneakers?

That is the entire point. The sole is significantly thinner than a running or skate shoe, with a narrow last that fits between tight pedal spacing. The honeycomb rubber gives you grip without the bulk.
